OUR SERVICES
Publishing Services
Production - Promotion - Distribution
Once you submit your completed manuscript, we’ll create a customized proposal specifically for your work. This ensures that, when all is said and done, you’ll have the book you’ve always dreamed of publishing.
Our comprehensive packages cover three critical areas of the publishing process: production, promotion, and distribution.
Explore the sections below to learn more about our offerings in each of these areas.
Production
From page design to cover art, this is where your manuscript transforms into a book.
We ensure your book represents you well. Your book will be edited and custom pages designed. You will be assigned a Fulfillment Officer, who will be your liaison throughout the production process. The process begins with an editor ensuring your book is free of spelling and grammatical errors. Then, our experienced designers will create the book layouts for your review and approval. Your book will be prepared in both printed and e-book formats.
Book Promotion
A Marketing Fulfillment Officer will develop a tailored campaign for your book. With our years of experience, we know how to make efficient use of your marketing dollars.
Your Coordinator will prepare a press kit for our Press Room, including a synopsis of the book, a publicity release, and a high-resolution image of the cover. They will also initiate other promotional efforts, such as informing local booksellers about your book’s availability.
Your Coordinator will submit your book to Books in Print, an essential bibliographic tool for libraries and booksellers.
Distribution
This is one of the final steps before your book reaches eager readers.
Our Book Distribution, Merchandising, and Fulfillment team ensures your book is available at leading book retailers. Readers can order your book through various platforms like Amazon.com, the Kindle Store, Ingram Lightning Source, Baker & Taylor, Bowker’s Books in Print, and Google Bookstore. We distribute your book in both printed and e-book formats.
Merchandising is an area where authors are often most active. It can motivate individuals and booksellers to purchase your book.
Fulfillment
Our authors don’t need to worry about fulfilling orders—no boxes of books in your garage or basement!
We handle order processing and payment. Orders often come in via mail, fax, online forms, or telephone. Buyers can pay in various ways: credit card, electronic check, money orders, wire transfer, or PayPal.
Your book is finally on its way to bookstores and readers! We package and ship orders directly from our warehouse. We also monitor shipments and notify buyers when their orders are on the way. If any consumer has questions about orders, our customer service team is available through our toll-free number.
